An omnibus final judgment, including the terms of the earlier consent judgment (Dkt. # 9) and the rulings herein, will be entered for plaintiff and against defendant in the amount of $472,902 in civil penalties; $20,000 in disgorgement, plus pre-judgment interest on the disgorgement amount only to be calculated pursuant to 17 C.F.R. § 201.600 (2025); plus post-judgment interest thereon at the rate the Court will insert in the final judgment.
