ORDER: 1) The Plaintiffs Opposed Motion for Supplemental Briefing and Rescheduling of Hearing, Dkt.66 , is GRANTED . 2) Oral argument set for October 9, 2026, in Lexington, Kentucky, is CANCELED and will be rescheduled following supplemental briefing. 3) The parties must confer on potential dates for a rescheduled oral argument and must jointly e-mail at least three dates that are agreeable to all parties to meredith_chambers@kyed.uscourts.gov.1 These dates must be submitted on or before the date the parties supplemental briefs are due.
