ORDER: If Sims intends to proceed with this action, he must file an amended motion on the proper form within 30 days. If Sims does not comply with this order, the Court will dismiss this case without prejudice for failure to comply with its instructions and prosecute this case, without further prior notice. Sims's motions for the Court to grant him leave to conduct discovery and set this matter for an evidentiary hearing are DENIED without prejudice as premature. See ECF Nos.3 ,4 .
