Didon shall confer through cnsl or otherwise w/ respondent Castillo to coordinate immediate & safe return of AD to US.; 3. Until such time AD is returned to US, Didon shall be prohibited from leaving jurisdiction of or removing AD from jurisdiction of Saint Martin, except that Didon shall coordinate return of AD as mandated by Paras 1 & 2.; 4. To extent such assistance is w/in scope of its authority the French Central Authority shall assist parties in carrying out the directives of this order.; 5.
